But have you ever wanted to break out of the Early Grey or English Breakfast norm and try something new? Well, let me help you find some cool new teas! \nHow I found it:<\/span> <\/span>I’m back with another fandom set from Adagio Teas. Since the busy Holiday season is upon us, I bought these teas in advance. And the fact that the final Hunger Games <\/i>film is releasing (released) may have something to do with it. I’m a huge Hunger Games fan and I’m so so so pumped for the film! I’m going to be cosplaying as Katniss when I see it (saw it depending on when these posts go up). I’m so happy for the Mockingjay Part 2<\/i> release but sad because the series will be finally over. \ud83d\ude41 I’ve been wanting to get a Hunger Games<\/i> set for a while and when Adagio Teas had it for a weekend special I had to snatch it up. Let’s see how good it is!<\/p>\n

\nThis is the same site I bought the Avengers<\/a> set,Sherlock<\/a> set, Tolkien<\/a> set, Avatar: the Last Airbender<\/a> set,  Doctor Who<\/a> set, Attack on Titan<\/a> set, RWBY<\/a> set, Divergent<\/a> set, Firefly<\/a>, and Fruits Basket<\/a> set from!<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

\nThe Tea: <\/span>Effie’s tea certainly fits her. The tea itself smells very strong, but the flavor is much milder and more fruit. This reminds me how Effie Trinket can come off as a shallow person and that’s how she starts in the Hunger Games <\/i>series, but gradually she begins to truly care about her tributes and understands the barbaric nature of the games. When she cried when Katniss was drawn, that was such a pivotal moment for her character. <\/span>

<\/span>
\nThe tea’s flavor reminds me of a chocolate strawberry fudge cake with almond topping from the combination of Valentines, rooibos almond, and cream teas, something that a citizen of the Capitol would eat. It’s very sweet with the slight bitterness of dark chocolate. If I was making the tea I would have perhaps put in some candy starts like in the Birthday blend<\/a> to make the tea more colorful like Effie. The tea reminds me a bit of the Kaylee (Firefly) blend, but it has its differences.<\/span>

\nThe strawberry and cream flavors reminds me of her Effie’s bubbly self and the dark chocolate seems like a reminder that Effie is more deep than she seems. This tea is very fitting for Effie and I could certainly see her drinking this while winding down.<\/span>

\nServing Recommendations: <\/span>I steeped this tea for four minutes at 212 and added sugar and cream.<\/div>\n

<\/span><\/div>\n
\nHow much is it and where can you get it?<\/span> <\/span>You can find this tea at the Adagio website<\/a>. I bought this tea in a sample set which was about $22 including shipping and you get a goodly amount of tea since you only need about a teaspoon per cup. Some of these teas you can buy individually for about $10 a pouch or $4 for a sample tin.<\/div>\n
\n<\/div>\n
\nSo how good is it?<\/span> <\/span>This isn’t the most unique tea I have tasted, but it is fitting for Effie. Four stars!<\/p>\n
