\nIt’s time for this month’s Beautiful People! Yay! This is a link-up hosted by Paperfury<\/a> and Further Up and Further In<\/a> where you answer questions about your characters. I participated in Beautiful People for the last three years every month. Pretty crazy. XD This link-up has been just so helpful with character development. <\/span><\/div>\n

\nHarlowe hasn’t come out to play for an interview or anything since literally last year, and I know you guys really liked him, so he’s going to be the subject of this month’s interview! 1.) What\u2019s their favorite place they\u2019ve ever visited?<\/b> <\/span>
\nHarlowe has down a lot of traveling in his lifetime, but if he was to pick one place it would have to be the black sand beaches of Obryzemia. <\/span><\/p>\n

2.) What\u2019s one mistake they made that they learned from?<\/b><\/span>
\nHe made the mistake of trusting the woman who is now his mistress, but he learned the caution of trusting strangers too late.<\/span>
\n
<\/span>
\n3.) What was their favorite subject in school? Or favorite thing to learn about?<\/b><\/span>
\nHarlowe was forced to attend a magic academy and pressured to excel at every subject, so school was not one of his favorite memories. However, out of those classes his favorite was alchemy. <\/span>
\n
<\/span>
\n4.) What\u2019s their favorite flower\/growing thing?<\/b><\/span>
\nWhite willow. He likes the sound the wind makes as it blows through its vine-like branches and he uses the bark a lot in his potions.<\/span>
\n
<\/span>
\n5.) Have they ever made someone cry? What happened?<\/b><\/span>
\nHarlowe’s made a lot of people cry, mostly as he’s forced them to beg for their lives or he’s killed one of their family or friends.<\/span>
\n
<\/span>
\n6.) Would you consider them a reliable or unreliable narrator?<\/b><\/span>
\nReliable. I don’t really write unreliable narrator characters.<\/span>
\n
<\/span>
\n7.) What do they dream about at night?<\/b><\/span>
\nHarlowe is haunted by a lot of nightmares of his past. His mistress has forced him to do many things and has abused him profusely, but on the nights when sweet dreams grace him he dreams of his parents and the life he lost.<\/span>
\n
<\/b><\/span>
\n8.) They\u2019ve gone out for a \u201cspecial meal.\u201d What would they eat?<\/b><\/span>
\nIf he could truly have any meal he wanted he would have buffalo tenderloin with juniper berries like his mother used to make.<\/span>
\n
<\/span>
\n9.) What\u2019s at least one thing they want to do before they die?<\/b><\/span>
\nKill his mistress and taste freedom again.<\/span>
\n
<\/span>
\n10.) Do they have any distinguishing or unique talents?<\/b><\/span>
\nDoes he? He’s full of unique talents. Harlowe’s most unique talent is that he can transform into any form he wants as long as he’s consumed a potion made of the subject’s blood. He has over fifty different forms that he can take any time he wishes.<\/span>
\n
