My very kind friend reminded me that I had signed up for Voice Week. So I’m posting this really last minute. ^ ^’
\nIn Voice Week<\/a>, you post a small bit from the point of view of a different character doing a scene each day for five days to try to strengthen the voice of each character. The voice is the individual thought pattern of the character and how they see the world.<\/p>\n

Post number one will be Bryce from my science-fiction series Subsapien<\/i><\/a>. I will post with snippets of Matt<\/a>, Ingrid<\/a>, Emil<\/a>, and Brian<\/a> too over the week. \ud83d\ude42<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n

\nBryce\u2019s handler set a plastic bowl holding three balls
\nof white on the foam floor of the test room. The door shut again.<\/o:p><\/span><\/div>\n

<\/span><\/div>\n
\nBryce swished his furry, spotted tail. What was
\nthat? Would it hurt him? H<\/span>e crawled to the bowl and sniffed it. It smelled
\nsweet and like milk. What should he do with it? He reached out his hand and touched the white stuff with
\nhis finger. It was cold, wet, and squishy.<\/span><\/div>\n
\n
<\/span><\/div>\n
\nSome of it got on his finger!<\/o:p><\/span><\/div>\n
\n
<\/span><\/div>\n
\nHe wiped it off frantically on the floor and
\nscrambled back. Was it poison? Was it going to blow up?<\/o:p><\/span><\/span>
\n
<\/span><\/div>\n
\n
